Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and whose Instagram and/or X account are keeping with Skybound, LLC’s (”Sponsor”) image. Individuals whose social account(s) include racism, misogyny, hate speech of any kind, or obscene or inappropriate content, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, are not eligible.  Employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, with Meta Platforms, Inc. (dba Instagram) and X Corp., “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.  

HOW TO ENTER:    Between at or around 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 25, 2025, and 11:00 a.m. PT on July 28, 2025, there are two (2) ways to enter (each, an “Entry Method’):  

1) On Instagram, (a) follow @InvincibleVS, (b) like the post about the sweepstakes from @InvincibleVS, and (c) tag two (2) friends in the comments of that post and include #BattleBeast & #InvincibleVS. 

Or,  

2) On X, (a) follow @InvincibleVS, (b) repost the post from @InvincibleVS about the sweepstakes, and (c) comment on the post from @InvincibleVS with #BattleBeast & #InvincibleVS. 

All entries must be received by 11:00 a.m. PT on July 28, 2025. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Method. Multiple entries from any person for either Entry Method will be void. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram or X account. If you do not have an Instagram or X account, establishing an account is free. All Instagram or X (applicable) terms apply. You must follow @InvincibleVS on the platform on which you enter in order for your entry to be eligible. You can unfollow @InvincibleVS any time after the winners have been announced.  

WINNER DETERMINATION: Potential winners for each Entry Method will be selected in random drawings by Sponsor on or about August 8^th, 2025 from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Method. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Method. Non-winning entries from one Entry Method will not be included in the drawing for the other Entry Method.  

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by @InvincibleVS via direct message on the applicable platform and must respond to Sponsor within five (5) days. The failure to respond to such notification or the potential winner’s non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may be awarded to an alternate winner for the Entry Method at issue. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize, after which, such prize may remain unawarded, at Sponsor’s discretion. 

PRIZES (5 for each entry method): One (1) official Battle Beast Comic Invincible VS Variant Cover signed by Invincible co-creator Robert Kirkman. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50 each. Total ARV of all prizes for each Entry Method: $500 Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Winners may not substitute a prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person or household for the entire sweepstakes. Prizes will be shipped via U.S. mail to the address provided by winners within 4-6 weeks after winner verification has been completed. Limit one (1) prize per person or household for the entire sweepstakes. 

GRANT OF RIGHTS:  By submitting an entry, each entrant grants Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such entry, together with any other material, and the name, Instagram or X user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, but not limited to, Instagram  or X profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade.  

GENERAL CONDITIONS:  By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release, discharge  and hold harmless Released Parties from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of a prize. Released Parties are not responsible for (i) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, likes, comments, tags, messages, email, or other communications of any kind; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications; (iii) failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; (iv) jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (v) other errors or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any sweepstakes-related materials; (vi) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes; or (vii) injury or damage to any person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or any Sponsor website or social media account, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes (or portion thereof) and if terminated, at its discretion, select potential winners for the Entry Method(s) at issue at random from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such Entry Method(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
