Fight With Friends Giveaway 

No Purchase Necessary TO ENTER OR WIN.  

ELIGIBILITY: Open Only to Legal U.S. Residents, 18 years of age or older. Void Where Prohibited. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Skybound, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this giveaway. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 

HOW TO ENTER:  On April 29, 2026, beginning at or around 11:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) and ending at 12:00 am PT on May 1, 2026, you can enter on X and/or Instagram (each, an “Entry Method”), by (i) following @InvincibleVS on the applicable platform, (ii) finding @InvincibleVS’s giveaway post, and (iii) if on X, commenting #InvincibleVS & #FightWithFriends or, if on Instagram, tagging a friend in the comments and including #InvincibleVS & #FightWithFriends. All entries must be received on 12:00 am PT on May 1, 2026. Entries generated by artificial intelligence, script, macro, other automated means, or by any means with the intent to subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Method. Multiple entries from any person for any Entry Method will be void. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor. If you do not have an X or Instagram account (as applicable), establishing an account is free. All platform terms apply.   

Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image & not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry must not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry and remove any post that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with these Official Rules. 

WINNER DETERMINATION:  Potential winners for each Entry Method will be selected on or about May 2, 2026 from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Method. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Method. Nonwinning entries from one Entry Method will not be included in the other Entry Method’s drawing.  

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by direct message or an @reply to their winning comment. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within 5 days of notification or is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected (if any). Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize; after which, such prize may remain unwarded.  

Prize (10) (5 per entry method): VS Digital Deluxe game code for the platform of winner’s choosing. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $69.99 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $699.90. Codes are one-time use and cannot be sold, bartered, or transferred. Additional restrictions may apply. Prizes will be emailed to winners within 30 days of completion of the winner verification process. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person.  

GRANT OF RIGHTS:  By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such entry, together with any other material, and the name, user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, but not limited to, applicable profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade. 

General Conditions: Entrants (and, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians), by participating, agree that Sponsor, X Corp., Meta Platforms (dba Instagram), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize or participation in this giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, comments, direct messages, email, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), platform, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any giveaway-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s device related to or resulting from participating in this giveaway or use of the platform. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the giveaway or platform or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the giveaway be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners for the Entry Method(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such Entry Method(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
